HVAC Preventative Maintainence and Cleaning
You can see by the picture to the left. That the cooling coils get worn and depreciate with every abrasive cleaning. By having preventative maintainance done on you're air conditioners. You can extend the life of the cooling coils and decrease energy consumption. Clean cooling coils and apply anifouling coating. This will preserve the coils and keep us from having to use abrasive cleaning. Use an anti algea stick, to prevent condensate pan overflow. And/or drain line cloging. You may Buy some Panguard, the anti cloging stick at; www.panguard.us
Panguard Prevents Clogs that lead to water damage.

Water damages on carpet,padding and tackstripping (A/C leak)
As you can see, alot of expensive damage can be done from a condensate pan overflow. Carpet, padding and tackstripping. As well as drywall damage cost about $1200.00 just for materials in this insident. Ouch!!!
Black Mold in the wall (bathroom)
Black mold is the cause of sickness, and even cancer. Get it removed, drywall is replaced here to prevent sickness.

Renew tub and shower with apoxy coatings
Preperation of surfaces are most important before coatings are applied. This picture was taken after 4th coat of opoxy was applied. The shower floor surface was kinda dark from years of ware, So 4 coats we're needed. If tub surface is not so dark, 2 coats may only be needed. But again, cleaning and scrubing is key.
Lose toilet
Get down to the root of the problem. Sometimes it's a simple wax seal. Sometimes the plastic bulkhead is cracked.

Drywall damaged by water leak?
After wall is cut out and pipes are repaired, The cosmetic phase begins. This picture is taken after drywall was replaced, joint compound had dried and was sanded. And the final paint was applied.
